20:20 <Cepheid> Don't worry, the overdose wasn't harmful to my body in a sense.  It was only 180mg.  120 is the max.  As for why I was overdosing, I stress out really, really badly with discrete structures work.  I presumed "more medication is better."

22:14 <Saerydoth> your body only stores fat when you have an excess of carbohydrates.  When you dno't you go into ketosis which means your body burns fat instead of carbohydrates.  It's like switching to run off of a different fuel, and fat isn't stored
