We usually have him shaved each summer, but his vet wasn't comfortable doing it this year because he has to be sedated and she was concerned about him not coming out of it. Old cat, poor health. Diabetes, arthritis, etc.
02:22 <Thelema5> So somehow this cat managed over the last two days to develop a hard fur mat... which enclosed his penis.
