20:28 <Cepheid> Capacity means eff-all if the bus, CPU and memory aren't running at the right speeds and voltages though. And I've seen motherboards default to much lower ratings than what the components are designed for. My motherboard does that with the RAM. Defaults to running it at 1/4th spec.
