19:21 <Alice> Second psych... waited several years to get in with them. Then they up and closed shop because of a legal loophole that was closed that allowed them to get more money from the government somehow.
19:21 <Alice> Without ever telling or notifying me, and giving me the run-around regarding scheduling an appointment.
19:22 <Alice> Third psych... Canceled appointment a week before I was supposed to go see them. Rescheduled for a year later.
